Okay how do you get the dogs without the heads that are replaced by a light bulb and the dice? im sorry i really dont know where to get them or its by chance

It's by chance from the Token Banners

They are banner pets. Meaning if you click on banners, you have a chance of getting the dog instead of a token. They are a little hard to get, though.
