How do you get a raccoon?

I know there is a raccoon, but I don't know how to get it.

Do you mean the one in this litter? It's a store pet and no longer available for purchase, so the only way to obtain it is to trade with other users.

There are some other raccoon-themed pets too, such as a cat in the second litter here. These are also currently only obtainable through trading, but they should be a lot easier to get.
