I need some assistance with stamps!

So, I'm kinda new to cs, and I'm confused as to how to put stamps on my profile? I tried asking a friend of mine, but I don't have the same options as she does. So any sort of help would be nice!

Seems You already have arranged some stamps on your profile!
But if you're having trouble finding where to change them, then hover over the "My Stuff" at the top of the site and click on "Stamp Collection," from there you can change out and move around your stamps.
Be sure to click the save button when you're done so it's saved what you have done!
