Weird Highlighting

For some reason I have this weird highlight that comes over my text boxes in trades now. It like, highlights all my font blue or highlights the whole box. Kinda annoying. Anyone know a fix?

Browser is Opera, device is a PC laptop. So far it's just been CS. I tried clearing the cache with no success

It doesn't, only on this browser and only this website on this browser. I cleared the cache multiple times with no success, not sure what else to do
