Oekaki trouble!

So ive seen a lot of adopts that have tall places to draw. like here is an example: Forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=3917529&hilit=poncho

I want to make a drawing with a tall thing like this, but i dont know how? thank you!

there is tool for that,
Its the forth tool down on the right side of the tool select

there's a tool that looks like a box with arrows around it, it's the canvas rotation tool! just use that to rotate the canvas (you use your cursor in an arcing motion across the canvas) and it'll rotate. hope this helps!
