Heya! I'm new to here, so I apologize if I'm asking a question that has been already been answered somewhere on this website- ^^;

I'm just really curious about this-
Basically, I have a dog from the last month batch who's still in the first stage.

Pet's name: Ruka

According to the faq, changes usually happen when they are about 7-14 days old, but this dog is already 24 days old-
Does it mean something? Or is it just normal???-

The FAQ is right, most pets do change stages within 7-14 days. But occasionally, some pets take longer to grow up. According to the archive for August 2018, you can see that your particular pet will grow up into the PPS outcome at day 30. This is completely normal. c:
