Giveaways being switched to art competitions???

Recently I have been hosting a few giveaways through the free CS pets forum but then finding no users to enter them anymore as I discover they keep getting switched to the art competition forum. This is very frustrating as I am simply trying to giveaway pets/ items. (Without an explanation or warning)

The first one that got switched over was more understandable as you had to dress up a pet to win the pets/ items

However, now that my store pet set giveaway has been switched, I am simply confused. (Link below)

The CS Giveaways board is meant to be free.
With no strings of any kind.
If you require art or coding or basically anything longer than a 1 minute form or shorter, it goes into art competitions. I'm guessing this is why it was moved:

Thank you for taking the time to try to help, do you think I might be able to get it back on the free giveaway thread to where people actually start entering again if I remove the quotes you stated/ just add in "he prettier the better"

You can always change the wording so that it fits the giveaway's rules, then report your own thread via the upside down triangle in the upper right and explain that you want it moved. I will say that "the prettier the better" is really the same way of saying "I will be judging on how much effort I feel went into the post." so I doubt it would be moved back.
