The only way I found was use the round hard edge pen the size of the circle you want, and click the screen. Then, take the same type of eraser a little bit smaller (I do two or four sizes smaller) and try to click right in the middle. I don't know any other way, though. Hope that made sense (lol).
the larger circle lines you want, the smaller the eraser you should use. so if you want a thick circle line, use an eraser four sizes smaller. if you want a super super thin circle line, use an eraser one or two sizes smaller.
