there isn't really a set time when new staff will be hired, it's just whenever the admins feel like they need more, it'll be announced on the front page and/or in the announcements forum. when there's openings for staff positions, all you have to do is fill out an application that has questions about how many days a week you're on cs, how long each day, why you want the position, any skills that might help you if you were whichever position you're applying for, etc.

general helpers - any age
fanart archivist - any age
