Referral codes and advertising the game

Is there any referral code system in the game? I assume not since I couldn't find any. But I'd still like to spread word about the game on the sites I use. (If they allow that kind of stuff, of course.)
So, is there any way I can advertise the game to people who may be interested?
I also think adding a referral code system would encourage players to do so.

There isn't any referral system. If you want to advertise the game, you could post your CS pets on other websites. People might click them out of curiosity or because they think it will help the pet grow.
