Well, I have two questions, and I would like some help please.
1. Is it against the CS rules to auction off myself as a personal artist for a certain amount of time?
2. If question 1 was allowed, what forum would I put it in?

I'm pretty sure that is allowed, I've seen it done plently of times before.
That kind of auctions usually go on the CS Trades - Pets for art/Art for pets board.
