stop getting posts from unwanted threads

i've wondered this for a while, but can you stop getting a thread's notifications in "my posts?" because theirs just a bunch of spammy threads i don't want to get notifications from any longer.

Sadly, there's not way to remove threads from 'my posts'. Instead, you can bookmark topics that are important by using the 'bookmark topic' button at the bottom ofthe page, and then they'll show up in your bookmarks menu.

My posts isn't really for keeping track of threads, like Aliria mentioned above, bookmarks are a way, but subscribing to a thread can work as well. It sends a notification to your email for each post posted on the thread.
