Trade notices?

Mine aren't showing up, I assume a bug or something. Thats basically the whole problem. I'm just not knowing when trades are waiting for me

Did you disable them? You can change that back in your trade settings.

thats for private messages. But you know when it says "Trades (3 New)" Or something like that along the top bar? Thats what I'm not getting
