Yes anyone can get it, but it is not on the wishlist because....I believe someone said that Malk has not finsihed the final stages. YOu can post in the CS TRade forum, and ask someone to trade with you for it.

I think Malks decided to leave it as a pps but It's not in the archive because Malk's having trouble with copyright issues
