Can I still put pets on my account from before accounts?

I was just wondering if I could still get all my pets that I adopted before they made the CS accounts feature onto my actual account? I have the codes for most of them still, I don't know if that matters, if I can even get them transferred? If not I understand, I was just wondering, thanks for lookin anyway =]
