Phoenix mane won't change back from puppy/pps

I originally had it on my CE and it changed to the adult mane no problem.
Then I put it on the MosiC PPS, since then it refuses to change back to 'adult'
Tail, and wings do, just not the mane.

I'm not sure if it's just a glitch where I need to save it and hard refresh or if putting it on a PPS has it stuck in PPS mode, either way it's stopping me from putting it on a new adult dog

have you tried refreshing while you're in the dressup screen?
