Not every holiday. She lives in New Zealand, and therefor doesn't do american only holidays, like 4th of July.

She's done item packs so far for Christmas, Valentines, Easter, St. Patricks day, April Fools... I think that's all.

Edit: And Malk did a fairy item pack last month, and there was an item pack for CS's first birthday in April.
