What happened to the hour countdown to the Pound opening???

I only notice that sometimes! Sometimes the hour countdown thing is there and sometimes the pound is just open!

All I know is one day last week I was checking to see if the pound was open, and then 7 minutes later it opened. So I was just curious if the timer was removed. Thank you for your replies.

Sometimes there is a countdown and sometimes there isn't.

probably means that the staff member opened the pound instantly instead of setting it up to run at some future time

Sometimes it says "1 min left" then it says "less than a minute" and then it says "the pound will open another time etc etc" and then it never opens!! I don't know why! And that is after I have wasted 1/2 an hour waiting for it to open.

That would happen if someone scheduled the pound to open but it didn't actually have any pets in it, I guess a staff member made a mistake
