Oh, I have an idea: What about a tartan pattern? It would be so cool. It could be in every colors. It dosen't have to be all the dog covered in tartan but as marks on the back and legs or something like that.

Some color combos and pattern ideas-

~yellow-blue-brown colors, like a beach dog? xD
~crimson and black are always good, but as wee already have the target dog, what about crimson, black, and white? Or just crimson-and-white?
~What about a wing/feather pattern? not actual wings, just wing shapes on the back?
~SWIRLSSSS..... xD Swirly patters are always fun.
~Green and yellow... Grellow! ^_^;; Like a lime flavored dog.
~Speaking of limes, how about one of the mystery dogs, but with like cotton candy or popcicle colors? Yum...
~ Ice cream! Technically not my best idea for a dog, but now I'm thinking about food. ^^;
~Neon? Charmeh luff neon stuffs. :D

Also, Tess, if you decide to add another set of adoptables any time soon, GO WITH THE BUNNIES! They turned out to be so adorably cute! Even if they are non-groweable, it would still be really awesome.

I think Tess answered that in the FAQ or something. Could you imagine how many dogs she'd have to draw? Just one month alone she would have to draw enough pups so a couple could go with each pairing of dogs. That would be....a lot of dogs! (Sorry, don't feel like doing the math )

Our artists draw about 70 a month, and all the different pairings and combination with mean over 1000 images to be drawn

I was thinking, designs based on office materials may be funny looking.

One that looks like a pencil, or has paper clip designs, or pushpins (I dunno how), or the markings of a yellow pad paper...hehe.

Purple dog with a light green Collar MARKING, and light green ears. Also, dark green feet with light blue swirls ^.^

You know what you should do? You should do a black cat with tiny white flecks and a silver tail tip and a silver paw! I'd name one like that "starfleck" or maybe "starchip" or even "starstreak" What do you say? Corgis would be cool, except I don't think Tess would want to make another lineart just for them. =/
