No it isn't. UR pets are only released on December 18th (UR Cat, UR Butterfly Wolf, UR Banana, UR Apple, UR Mint Tess Horse, and UR Purple Tess Horse) while special releases are things like the new lions, zebras, and malk dragons. You have a certain chance to adopt one when you adopt certain pets. Lions are with cats, Zebras are with Equi pets, and Dragons are with Malk Pelts.

UR pets are released on December 18th.

Random chance pets can come from various adoptions.

But the astronomy dogs. . . We have the galaxy dogs and the zodiac dogs.

Yeah. . . And if you add in the moon dogs, we've had quite a bit of dogs that have to do with space.
