What about a post where you enter your fursona into a raffle, and then the winners are chosen at random. The first four winners will be made into pets. So you have a few little baby dogs for the month, and one of them would grow into the four Fursonas. Get it?

That would be really cool! But somehow, I picture a lot of n00bs screaming "WHY DIDNT U PICK MINE!!!??????!!1!!!!1!!111! UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!11!!1!!1!!!1!!one!!" or people being encouraged to make "fursonas", resulting in a lot of rush jobs...

And, there could be a few people who examine every fursona before it is entered, therefore, if someone enters a suckish one that was done just to be entered, it'll be rejected and not entered. There are so many good things that could come out of this, in a way.

There should be four different categories. One would be the four dogs. Another would four horses. And four cats. And then a box of random. That box would be for Fursonas that are other than a dog, horse, or cat. Like hamsters, or mice, or dinos, or ibexes, or foxes and what not.

I was thinking, that maybe there should be different sections of these. Once a month, above the news box, it could say with a small button, "This Month's Fursonas" and when you click on it, the page is brought up. In that page is the baby dog and the horseshoe and the baby cat and the box. BTW all four dogs would come from the same pupps, same with the horseshoe and the cat.

If I'm understanding your idea correctly, I certainly wouldn't enter. I wouldn't want everyone to be able to have little Coalchasers. x.x

Then if they discarded the 'suckish ones' those who had those 'fursonas' would be really upset. A difficult idea all around, it wouldn't be worth it.

as long as we stay away from specific brand names it would be fine, right?

Ice cream cone dogs ... with the cone being like from the shoulders down
There are a limitless amount of 'flavors' that could be made so maybe each staff member could make one for their favorite flavor or something like that

Yes, but it wouldn't be our fault if they decided to make a fursona just to have it become a pet on CS.

I think that you should make a pup with small angel wings, small dragon wings, or small devel wings attached and as they grow, the wings get bigger. and they look like they are flying.
