How Do You Duplicate & Flip Oekaki?

I have seen Oekaki drawings sometimes flipped to face the opposite way, or the main character duplicated. It would be really really helpful if any of you could explain how to do this. :]

To flip a drawing:
1. Select the layer you want to flip
2. Go to Effects
3. Click flip vertical to make it switch the direction it is facing, or click flip horizontal to turn it upside down
4. Repeat for all the layers you want to flip

To duplicate things
1. Select the layer you want to duplicate
2. Go to Layers
3. Click duplicate
4. Use the move tool to move the duplicated layer around.
5. Repeat for all the layers you want to duplicate
