Suggestion - a slight change to rarity bars

This is what I feel. I can’t tell the difference between pyro or perseoona’s and our current. So why change it at all if people -like myself and you- wouldn’t be able to tell the difference upon one quick glance still? It wouldn’t make sense.
We need it changed to a color that upon a quick look you can tell what it is. So each color then has its own unique tell.

The issue I'm finding here is that if I try to push the color closer to blue to make it more distinct, it rapidly gets to close to the OMGSC color and could arguably create the same problem on the other side (example) and, if the colors in my/perseeona's previous edits were made brighter, they would quickly become too bright the way Raire's is. You could mitigate this by pushing the common color a little closer to yellow but I feel like that shouldn't be necessary... there should be a simpler solution to this than there seems to be, idk. That's just me messing with the hue, though, maybe someone else has a better solution

It was done via Microsoft Paint four years ago - it's one of the standard colours. *lol* Was just a quick edit to show what I meant then, not a solid suggestion for this shade of cyan. I just wanted something that is very easy to see at a first glance.

And yes, it is too bright, but I chose it to get the point across. ;)

What I was meaning was more along the lines of Shian's suggestion. They is no reason for us to have two similar shades of green or blue. Pink. Grey. Black. Brown. A lighter blue whereas OMGSC is dark blue. Something that stands out more, because for me those other edits of yours and Perseeona's just aren't enough of a change. ^^ Even a light "cyan" or similar is more distinguishable from dark blue than what we have now, despite being shocking to the eyes.

Not meaning to pick on you! Just saying that I feel the change isn't large enough to be worth it, we need something more so it's easy to tell by a quick look. I'm just not sure what that would be. I was hoping pink could be used for a rarity between VR and OMGSR tbh, lol, but I want anything other than we have that's more distinguishable.

Or even just sky blue Very Common

Like, those are even just available as BBCode text color options, so they oughta be easy to implement lol

support, I sort pets for trade by rarity and VC & C take just slightly longer to distinguish
also what someone else said - while trading many people treat those two rarities as nearly equal, that really could be influenced by the similar colours
and of course that would help a lot those who are genuinely struggling to see any difference between these two shades of green at all

Look. Look, look, look at this. It's easily distinguishable, muted enough to be easy on the eyes, and the change took me literally 10 seconds in an image-editing program. There is no reason this shouldn't be implemented. All the confusion over the rarity bar pups only further demonstrates how much these bars really need to change.
