{ I have enjoyed CS for a while now, two years soon, and I have actually grown a lot roleplaying-ly on here. Before I wasn't even able to roleplay in full sentences, which was bad considering I'm a writer. Now a paragraph is my minimum.
But some of these rules are ridiculous. Like, only one picture with your forms for your character. I see no sense in that. Your forms are supposed to be pretty and stuff. Ugh. They have gotten kinda ridiculous.
Yes, I highly agree that we need rules, no super-excessive violence, ect, but there is a limit. I'm actually thinking of creating my own RP site...would anyone care to help?
Plus, I wonder if the Mods will kick us for speaking our minds....

Two staff members have already been on here. We have a right to speak, they aren't going to shut up our opinions. And, many of us are moving to roleplaygateway.com

We would like a nice compromise, yes. The mods basically said 'this is how it is, these are the basic reasons, if you don't like it, leave.'

I was actually considering coming out of my little corner of CS to be more social and join a roleplay or two. I've kind of been creating/refining a couple of my short story characters in order to do so. However, the new rules seem too restricting. Especially the picture ones, given how many gif's are allowed in signatures (which my relatively new laptop can barely handle).So for now, I'll go back to my corner.
I do like the idea of having a mature roleplay forum or a disclaimer for the roleplay forums.
