Hello, I'm trying to add colors to color pallette, and i don't know how to make an "aco" pallete or convert the image i'm using into the colors I need. Can anyone let me know how to do this?

I'm on mobile and for whatever reason, I can't get the tool palettes to minimize in the way that allows you to keep them on your screen for easy access. When I started my first drawing the other day it worked smoothly; I haven't come across any potential cause or solution, but I feel like I'm missing something obvious. I've clicked around on different options and tried reloading the page, but no luck. I'd appreciate any advice/suggestions!
