hi, came to report 2 problems but I see ones already been solved and ill look into fixing that (white box issue). but the second one is this:



when I am drawing things it looks like a bunch of small lines put together instead of a smooth line that follows the flow of my hand. havent had this issue (drew on oekaki a lot on my old account) until recently. is there a fix for this

I'm having the same issue with the Oekaki Color tab not loading in.
I've disabled the hardware acceleration on my browser and that sadly has not fixed the problem.

Adding onto this issue, hardware acceleration is required for screens with a wide color gamut to display colors correctly on browsers.
It did fix the color tab bug for me, but I had to turn it back on. I'll just keep guessing my colors out of the white void for now.

Chrome has a setting in their experimental settings, accessed by typing chrome://flags into the Url bar at the top of the browser, called "accelerated 2D canvas", disabling that ONLY turns off Hardware acceleration for 2D canvas.

This has been bothering me so much....among other things but this one is seriously the worst. So when I'm using my Wacom say, I want to change the brush opacity. I do by moving the slider...I make sure I put an effort to CLICK OFF of that panel but no....when I move over to the canvas it goes to 1 opacity...the slider just keeps moving around. All the sliders do this. Is there a way to make it stop? I already turned off windows ink. I'm using firefox.

i haven't had that exact issue, but ive found oekaki in general doesn't work for me in firefox at all (there are pen pressure bugs & it registers clicks weirdly)-- i have to use edge just for oekaki 😞

I've been having issues with the color wheel where it turns blank as soon as I use it like this.

bought a new tablet (xp-pen 13 pro) and it generally does not work on oekaki? it registers button shortcuts and pressure being applied but it doesn't actually put any lines down. i'm assuming this is a settings issue that i don't know how to bypass because i was able to briefly make it work (with pen pressure also) by switching it to mouse mode, which stopped immediately after i hit ctrl-z and i wasn't able to make it work again.

any thoughts? my old wacom intuos has always worked and i don't want to have to switch back to that for oekaki only. i'm on google chrome.
