Problem With Oekaki

I want to post a new topic in the adoptables. So I made a picture and started typing where you type after you save the oekaki. After I was done typing, I copied what I typed and went back to where you edit the picture because I wanted to change it a little. So I went there, changed it how I wanted, and then I saved and went back to where I was typing. But the picture was the same as before I changed it! Any ideas why?
