1.It seems i have alot of warnings-some of them i dont undertsand why-but will they affect my experience on chicken smoothie?
2.In the archive,wheres 2012 in the first page?

It depends on how serious they are. The warnings will disappear in some time from "My account", but staff will still keep record of them.
Just as a note though, only you (and staff) can see your warnings. :3

The link to 2012 indeed is missing from the first page of archive, quite a few people have mentioned that. But you can find it by clicking on any link in the archive, after that it will appear as option. Here's the link if you need it.
I suppose they haven't found the time to fix the link yet, but it's been mentioned so it will be fixed. ^^
