This is pretty much true. I've been on vacation, so I haven't had a chance to post (I saw my name brought up, lol) but if you have pre-drawn outcomes, in the past at least, they'd have to come up with new combinations to have them made. The current litter is the only exception that I've seen thus far, but I think it's just that...an exception. But permission must be asked for, and given, in order to use the outcomes you drew.

You could always put the Mum and Dad in your siggie though, and suggest them again once in every great while. (This is what I did, and I believe I suggested them about once a month, though usually more time in between) but I did ask on Sorren's question page once about the pre-drawn 'outcomes', and the answer was pretty much what was above. Sorry if this was confusing...just got back from vaca again, and I'm pretty darned tired. I do like the Couple though! Lovely match. <3

And I agree, they would make nice event prizes - if not for this Summer Vacation event, but any other event...say Christmas? I think they'd be cute at Christmas... *Goes off on a tangent*
