Thanks so much for this post, never would've figured it out otherwise.
Mozilla Firefox works a bit different than how you described though, when you right click the image 'Copy Image Location' is what I need, and then I paste it between img brackets.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. You cannot copy the URL of an image that is just on your computer, you have to upload it to an image hosting website such as tinypic, imgurl, photobucket, or even deviantart. Only then can you copy the image's URL on the website and paste it between the img and /img codes to make the pic show up. The only alternative is uploading your pic as an attachment from your computer directly to CS, but that's a little different than the regular method of posting images.

Yes, that's what "Copy Image URL" does. You have to add the img and /img tags around the link you paste. c:

There's a line of code buttons at the top of the Post A Reply page when you go to make a post or a new thread. You need to click the one that says "Img" and then paste your image code between them, and it should work.
