Hey there, I was following the guide on page 52 on how to make gifs as a background with a still image as the overlay over these and I've encountered a problem I can't seem to be able to fix. Everytime I upload the second gif it starts blinking and/or speeding itself up for some reason?
I've tried making two images like these, but they ended with the same result..

I know this was asked before and the only way I knew to fix this was to delete the frames that don't include both gifs. but the reason it does this is because one of the gifs (in this instance, the top gifs) have a longer "play time" than the other gifs(s). and when I say this I mean one gif has more frames than the other(s) so it keeps on going while the other gif(s) can't. so because of that, they disappear because they have nothing to "play". (hopefully that made sense)
I'm pretty sure you can use websites to fix this but I just use my computer since it's easier for me to delete frames that way

It's actually not a glitch ^-^
How the overlay thing works is that if one gif is longer than the other, you'll have to either make the shorter one longer or the longer one shorter so they have the same timing. I have it too in my siggy, however it's quite funny how they all disappear and leave Tamaki all alone owo

That does make a lot of sense, will try and see if I can find a solution to it (or try and find substitute gifs that are of equal length), but now that I know the problem that shouldn't be too tricky~
