Hm... Have you tried to set your lineart layer to Multiply? Try it and see if it'll let you colour.

If it still doesn't work, maybe you could add my name to the "You can let people color it in by adding their names here:" just below your image. Then I can have a look at your image and see if I can figure out why it won't work^^. I promise I won't colour it in or anything, I'll just have a look.

Well, my guess is that you where colouring on the wrong layer. The layer with your lineart on was not transperant, so the white background would hide the colour.

The drawing works fine to colour though, here's what I did^^.
1. I set this layer (the lineart layer) to Multiply (as I showed in my last post).
2. Then I added a new layer below the lineart layer, and coloured on that. As you can see the colour shows up but it doesn't hide the lineart.
3. The + sign button where you add a new (transperant) layer.

Next time when you make a layer, start by adding a new layer by clicking the + sign button, then you draw your lineart on it. To make the colour show up you have to colour on a layer below the lineart. You can move your layers by draging them (click and hold)with your mouse.

could you explain that in a simpler way please I don't quite understand. I tried to do what you said (I think) and... can ya guess? still not working but I don't think I did it right.

Certanly. Let's take it step by step then^^.

Step one: Select the layer named Layer 1 Copy by clicking it. Then you chose Multiply in the drop-down menu.

Step two: Select the layer named Lineart 1 (the one at the bottom) by clicking it. Then you click the button with a + sign on. That will give you a new layer between the layers you already have.

Step three: Make sure that the new layer is selected by clicking it, then you add colour to that layer. I used the Pen tool for my colouring.
