don't worry, merging account threads always take a while to get accepted, just be patient
as long as you guys don't have serious warnings or something that may cause a problem, the merge should work out

that's fine for you two to merge, you can go ahead and trade all of your things onto one account. When you're done, and have exchange login info, please post here so we can disable the empty account and make the merge complete

Yes you can be on at the same time. The only thing is that it may be a little hard posting if you both try it at the same time. One of you will get a message that you can not post so soon after your last post.
