a Little Help with an Oekaki Question? x3

So, i just joined a few days ago, and i like drawing, so i started to look at the editable oekaki forum, because i'm not good at drawing on the internet, but i'm still good at colouring on the internet xD. On Some Pictures it says the picture comes with items you can put on, like wings, and designs, and stuff, but i don't see anything, and i'm pretty confused Can anyone help me with this? xD

When you are viewing the different layers, look at the title of each layer. They should be named for what is on them. To the left of the name, there is a small circle. Click on it and it will become black, which means the layer is visible. So whatever is on that layer can now be seen.
