Message box glitch

Message box glitch

So I went over to over to look at my messages, and it said I got four new trades and four new messages coming with the trades. But when I opened my mailbox it said it was full so I emptied out some things, but those messages never popped up. Any ideas/suggestions/help?

There is a small link that says "Release on-hold messages." Click that to get the messages.
