Brush Problem

Hi! Well, I found some cool fractal brushes awhile ago to add to GIMP, so I downloaded them. I proceeded to choose what to upload up with(----> not sure how to phrase that) and by accident clicked the wrong art software. It doesn't even work with that one because it's 'Not a valid host' or something around those lines, and I was wondering if and how you could change what to, uhh, use it with? (for lack of a better way to explain it...)
Sorry my question is so vague, I'm not sure how to explain my predicament... If confused, I might be able to describe it better..... Thanks for the help, and even just the reading of my topic!!(:

Hm.. well I'm kind of confused at the question. So you download a brush but hit the wrong software button? So.. example. You have a mac and you pressed HP or you have GIMP and pressed PS. How do you change it to GIMP? Is that what you're asking?
