Background Theme/ Windowblinds Help?

I'm guessing this goes here. If not, please move this to the appropriate forum.

Anyway, I downloaded Windowblinds so that I could use it to apply a background theme I found on DA.
I downloaded Windowblinds, and nothing went wrong. When I went to download the theme (download link is on the right) I got stuck. I tried to download it to my computer, but afterwards I couldn't find it. Could anyone tell me how to download this, and eventually use the theme?

If you have a downloads folder, it should be in there if you haven't looked. That's ... that's the only advice I have right now P:

It's not. I think you have to apply the theme to Windowblinds first thing, but I have no idea how to.
