I don't think it would be a good idea to go onto your brother's account since it might look like you are cheating and both accounts will be banned. That's why you can't merge with people you know in real life like family or close friends...
Plus, Tippy, I belive I read somewhere that you have a lot of warnings so trying to use another account to get away from those isn't allowed.
