pound error?

I just got into the pound at exactly 9:00, and it said "Pound opens in less than a minute" for two refreshes, then it finally got into the pound after waiting a minute or so and a ton of the pets were already taken. Could you please fix this, it's never happened to me before

This happens to me as well, it is not an error just that the pound hasn't opened yet ^^ it's likely that whatever clock you were looking at was just slightly ahead of the chickensmoothie time. As for the "a ton of the pets were already taken" part, well your computer probably just didn't load fast enough, it happens to all of us sometimes ^^
