CS Newspaper?

Could there be a newspaper (like written down and everything, for example like Neopian Times) written by CS volunteer members each month? About new pets and everything?

Yeah, it looks kinda dead though, and HIATUS in bold is definitely saying something. They don't have many writers as well... Hm...

There have been many others as well but I think they all died at one point or didn't even leave the planning phase.

Maybe I should look around, get some ideas and get it going? I already know a fair deal about starting newsletters on forums, as I've seen a fair few on some other sites, and most of those haven't died.
