I'm assuming this is on a phone? It looks like it was zoomed out accidentally. I'm not familiar with android, and the zoom feature will be different in different browsers, but on iphone in safari you can change this in the browser menu. When you are on the webpage, on the url bar at the bottom of the screen there is a symbol of a square with two lines under it, that opens the browser menu. The zoom is the large and small 'A' letters at the bottom. Large A zooms in, small A zooms out.
If you are using a different browser its probably similar to that but a quick google search of how to zoom on the browser you are using should pull up more exact instructions.
On desktop its a bit simpler, most browsers will just have a + and - zoom function right at the top or in the browser's menu. On Windows you can also zoom by holding Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel.
