Logged Out When Pound Opens

I'm not sure why, but my best guess is maybe I'm logged in on my laptop?? But usually I use my phone to log in and check the pound, but for the last day or two right when the pound opens I get logged out and have to quickly log back in. Is it just me? Is it a way of addressing the crazy lag a lot of us have been getting when the pound opens? The pound has always been a bit slow to load for me but I assumed it's because there's so many people there for the pound opening and my internet isn't the best.

"Allow roaming. Enable this if you get logged out when switching between WiFi/cellular connections:"
Is this on No? That might be why

It was off, since I'm usually somewhere with Wi-Fi I didn't even consider that being a problem. Here's to hoping it works, thanks <3
