What are the hourly medieval event tokens?

So I see some food tokens, and it seems to be called the "hourly" medieval tokens
Can anyone explain what it means exactly pls
I'm open to trades and I'd love to make friends ^^

They refresh each hour, so you get one and have to wait 59min and 59secs to get another one ^^
