I am having problem with dressing up a pet.

I am on a computer and I am having a problem with dressing up a pet. The problem is everytime I try and drag anything on the pet the page it blacks out the screen.for example: https://imagetolink.com/ib/5fqXJY08yz

I can't really help as I have no idea about tech, but some info if it might help, just checked mine on computer and it is working fine. It may have something to do with you personal computer/account. If you have a phone/tablet/any other device, maybe try it on that?

problem I have no other devices. and this just started too. I have several pets dressed already from previous months and years. I don't know what the problem is but I am going to remove this one addon and see if that works. I never had problems with this add on before this last windows update but it seems to be causing problems on other websites if it cures the problem I will give an update. I really hope it does.

This has been happening for me and my fiance as well, only on a computer and not on mobile. Not able to do any dressups currently. It's never happened/been a problem before

EDIT: tried it using a different browser and it worked fine, so could be that?

I am having the same issue, never had a problem until now, I always used Firefox. What browser did you use?

The black square goes away if I pan the pet image, but whenever I move the item, it appears again.

I also started having this issue recently, on Firefox. I wonder if there was a browser update that isn't playing nice?

I always use firefox, and it's still not working for me on there, but when I quickly tried using edge it worked. It also works on mobile, but obviously it's not ideal to do dress-ups on mobile. Haven't tried chrome, but I'm guessing it's a firefox issue then?
