I've heard (while the sources may not be too credible XD) that her lines were based off of other peoples photos. Art theft is pretty major here, and it seems unlikely that after something like that she'd be let back in.

It seems trustworthy, seeing as her account is dis-abled and her lines are not being used any longer.

Equimagine has retired from CS, as have her lines. So no, she will not be coming back.
