I dont know what happened! URGENT!! Help?

Hi, i logged on a couple days ago and saw that another user was on my account, and sent A LOT of my pets and items to my real-life friend, who is not even a player anymore! She deleted her acccount so she could not send them back and there for, fix the problem. And the even wierder part, was that in the trade message, FROM ME was this, and this is a quote : "(The site administrator 'Tess' made this trade.)" : Yea. I have no idea what happened, and i tried contacting Tess herself, but it would not let me message her... Can someone please help me, or tell me why this happened? I really want my pets back! I worked hard for them!!

Looks like that account was a second account of your friend, who has been banned for cheating. You can't receive pets from a cheaters account. In any case, it's unfair gameplay for an account to sign up and send you everything it owns within a month of joining.
