You won't get banned for trading with someone on the same ip adress. CS doesn't care how many accounts there are on the same adress as long as all are real players. It's only aginst the rules if one of the accounts only exist to benefit the other. The only thing you have to think about so you don't get banned is to keep the trades between you somewhat fair, then there is no risk.
