The user "CS Art"?

There is a Chickensmoothie user called "CS Art" and I was wondering what the account's purpose is. It has only has made 2 posts and that's all it has done. Why is there a CS Art account if it doesn't do any thing?

It's probably just someone's personal account that they named 'CS Art' for some reason. ;3 As far as I know, it isn't an official CS-owned account in any way - the only CS-owned account that I know of is Pound, which is the account for holding confiscated or donated pets prior to them going up for adoption in the pound.

Hmm, it's registered as an Oekaki moderator, so it looks like it might be a general account of some sort for the Oekaki mods to use. Probably an Oekaki mod would know more about it. :3
