Hi! So, I joined before last year's re-release date, and this year I'm really stoked for the next- but I am curious about something.

Generally, it's about the prize pool. what's in it? What does the pool of pets given away on December 18th contain?

Only rares+ from a certain amount of years "x" away from this year?
Does it release store pets?
Has anyone ever gotten an uncommon?
Is it possible to get a common?

Better yet.. does anyone even know the answer to this? Are we allowed to know what's in this pool of re-release pets?

I'm not really sure if you can get a common, I never have. But I know they never re-release store pets since people pay real money for them. It just wouldn't be fair. That's why they have such high demand. Each year other list pets get re-release but they don't m,so they get more rare each time.

any litter with a rare in it is eligible for re-release so yes, it is possible to get an uncommon and I believe people have gotten older commons as well but that isnt as likely since most of the litters only have uncommons, rares, very rares, or OMGSR

no store pets are re-released and i believe it is 2008-2016 that will be released (they wont release any current year pets, but all other years are eligible

It used to be possible to get older uncommons, but not anymore. A couple years ago they changed it so only rare+ are available. If you get a newborn that has, say 3 uncommon outcomes and 1 rare, it will definitely grow into the rare one. Store pets have never been and never will be re-released since they cost real money. Last year I don't think anyone got a rare that was newer than 2014, it usually excludes that last couple of years, so this year rares from 2015 may be included, but I doubt that any from 2016 or 2017 will be.
