does this work?? I had to add some transparent x's because you needed to have the "links & stuff" to move down the length of the quote thing. I also had to redo the middle thing's center coding a bit. If you just make the links & stuff longer downwards it will work without the x's. c:

The middle bit needs to be straight, not that staircase thing it's doing, and then more to the left closer to Bat Gir. But I'm not sure how to fix it at this point... Any ideas?

And then of course after I get this bit sorted out I'm going to have to figure out how to put my links in one of those borders but I'll get this figured out eventually XD

I used OIE but then it came out all bugged. If someone can tell me how to fix it, or fix it for me, that would be great.

Okay, so any time I try to submit my new signature it says the server is broken (which is obviously not). I've counted the characters, but they are under 1500. Any ideas?

Depending on what you mean by bugged.
The gif seems to have some seethrough parts. This is usually due to the format of the gif (From what I have found in Photoshop at least, some gifs will show online that they have the colours, but when you edit them, some of the colours disappear)
The only way I have been able to fix this is by downloading a program called Adobe Image ready and opening the gif in that and then saving the gif as a gif format, which for some reason rejuvenates the colours again.

It's your internet.
If it is coming up with this on CS with a server error (aka the dog) your internet is being a butt and it isn't connecting to the server correctly.
This happens to me a lot, 9 times out of 10 it's because my internet is being a cow and I need to reset it for a bit.
